Most of our animals require our adoption form questionnaire to be filled out prior to or upon purchasing them. It only takes a few minutes and remember it's not a test, we will happily help you fill out the form if need be. All we need is to ensure that the animals care is understood and that the person adopting is willing and able to provide it. You can download the file to view or print by clicking the icon below. It is important to be aware of your local exotic animal by-laws as each municipality varies in what is allowed to be kept.
